As seasoned experts in the worlds of information technology, printing, healthcare, financial management, and other business arenas, the team works closely together to maintain ICD Global's stellar reputation as a valued supplier and partner.

Stephen F. Horstmann, CEO

Stephen Horstmann, ICD Global's founding member, has built ICD Global on a strong history of experience in private enterprise. Stephen maintains responsibility for overall strategic direction and planning for the organization, as well as fiscal oversight. After launching ICD Global in 1987 to serve the digital printing needs of global businesses, he quickly identified a need for an enabling technology solution that could eliminate waste and inefficiencies in the entire document procurement process. Stephen transformed that vision into reality with the development of TrialVision and MVP, ICD Global's proprietary, web-based technologies. Now he is launching TrialVision in the pharmaceutical and life sciences market so other organizations can benefit from ICD Global's vast experience in the clinical trials process.

Prior to creating ICD Global, Stephen was a partner in I.J. Horstmann & Sons, a business with over 150 years of history. Stephen was responsible for transforming the company's business model and focus to meet changing market conditions.

Stephen is an active member of the Drug Information Association, Eastern Technology Council, and Legatus. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Ursinus College and has pursued post-graduate coursework in business at Villanova University.

 

P. Ryan Rodrigues, Director of IT

ICD Global's Director of Information Technology, Ryan oversees all new and existing product development, as well as all network and computer operations. He was instrumental in the development of TrialVision, ICD Global's proprietary, web-based technology for the clinical arena, and continues to work closely with developers and programmers to evolve MVP and TrialVision into the premier document procurement and production management application.

Ryan's experience in printing systems, quality assurance, hospital administration, and IT administration has prepared him well to handle the multi-faceted duties of an IT director. He uses his diverse skill set to manage budgets, offer sales support, and provide analysis of industry and third-party products.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Biology, B.S. in Computer Science, and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Eastern Technology Council, DIA, and the IEEE Computer Society.

 

Wayne Sebastian, General Manager

ICD Global's key team member, Wayne is focused on the production of customer orders. With full responsibility for oversight of daily production operations, schedules, and coordination activities, Wayne sets a dynamic pace within the ICD Global facilities.

Capitalizing on over 30 years in the business, including 20 years managing direct mail printing facilities, Wayne has deep and valuable industry experience. He is also an active member of the Drug Information Association.

 

Corinne Terra, Controller

Corinne brings a profound understanding of organizational financial management to ICD Global, as its senior executive responsible for fiscal strategy development and execution. Her solid background in financial management includes 10 years of public and private accounting experience. Corinne served with KPMG Peat Marwick for over two years, and subsequently served for six years in the healthcare industry providing professional accounting services.

Corinne is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
